Our Story

NIBCO Consulting was established in 2016 by Zaki Valiuddin, a seasoned professional with extensive business management experience. Zaki’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2010 when he met Diepak Benie while working at ABN AMRO Bank’s Dealing Room in Amsterdam. Their shared passion and deep connection to their Indian heritage inspired the creation of a business focused on helping companies expand their cross-border operations between India and the Netherlands.

NIBCO Consulting was built on a strong foundation of mutual trust and a shared commitment to excellence, quickly growing into a dynamic network organization. We have since successfully supported numerous clients in navigating the complexities of international business.

Zaki Valiuddin

Zaki Valiuddin is a Dutch citizen of Indian origin, with a distinguished career spanning over three decades. Since 1990, he has been deeply involved in the Finance Tech industry, specializing in global operations and ICT projects. In January 2016, Zaki took the initiative to establish NIBCO Consulting.

Zaki’s core expertise lies in assisting entrepreneurs in effectively and efficiently establishing their businesses in India and the Netherlands. His multilingual abilities, cultural understanding, and vast network provide significant value to business owners looking to expand internationally. Known within the business community for his entrepreneurial spirit, organizational acumen, management expertise, and pragmatic problem-solving skills, Zaki is highly regarded for his adaptability and continuous learning.

Fluent in English, Dutch, Hindi, and Urdu, Zaki also possesses basic proficiency in Telugu and other regional Indian languages, making him an invaluable asset for cross-cultural communication. Diepak Benie is a Dutch citizen of Indian origin, hailing from a family with a rich history of business ventures in India, across industries from commodity trading to the Indian entertainment sector. Diepak’s deep-rooted connection to India, coupled with his keen interest in its evolving economy, foreign investments, and the IT industry, fuels his dedication to facilitating cross-border business expansion.

With over a decade of experience in international soft commodity trading across the Caribbean, Miami, and Florida, Diepak returned to the Netherlands in 1999 and transitioned into the banking sector. His banking career highlights include expertise in derivatives brokerage and multi-asset collateral management. Furthermore, Diepak has cultivated a strong interest in strategic planning and process optimization across diverse industries and disciplines.
